DeKalb County

Brandi Mendoza, 41, of the 800 block of Taylor Street, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, Aug. 7, with driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.

DeKalb city

James D. Stewart, 52, of DeKalb, was charged Monday, July 28, with disruptive intoxication.

Gary H. Tadd, 65, of the 1100 block of Elizabeth Street, DeKalb, was charged Tuesday, July 29, with aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery.

Sycamore

Dalia C. Williams, 35, of Sycamore, was charged Friday, Aug. 8, with driving under the influence of drugs and endangering the life or health of a child.

David M. Palmore, 27, of Sycamore, was arrested Wednesday, Aug. 6, on a Winnebago County warrant for unlawful possession of marijuana.

Northern Illinois University

Alison R. Gnesda, 22, of the 700 block of Inverness Drive, Aurora, was charged Friday, Aug. 6, with driving under the influence.

Derick D. Sims, 24, of the 7400 block of South Crandon Avenue, Chicago, was charged Friday, Aug. 6, with having an open container upon a public way.

Jacob G. Adams, 25, of the 200 block of Sycamore Street, Hinckley, was charged Friday, Aug. 6, with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and possession of drug equipment.

Randle R. Carr, 34, of the 7000 block of South Normal Boulevard, Chicago, was charged Thursday, Aug. 7, with obstructing justice and having an open container upon a public way.

Sean M. Hicks, 23, of the 1000 block of Sandpiper Court, Bartlett, was charged Thursday, Aug. 7, with having an open container upon a public way.
