DeKalb County

Elizabeth M. Such, 18, of the 500 block of Highland Drive, Elburn, was charged Monday, Aug. 4, with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

David T. Brown, 41, of the 10800 block of Howison Road, Waterman, was charged Friday, Aug. 1, with domestic battery.

Danny L. Tanner, 46, of the 300 block of North Sixth Street, Malta, was charged Saturday, Aug. 2, with aggravated driving under the influence and aggravated fleeing to elude.

Northern Illinois University

Nicholas A. Valdez, 22, of the 10400 block of Avenue J, Chicago, was charged Friday, Aug. 1, with driving under the influence, possession of drug equipment and possession of marijuana.

Vickie M. Shook, 25, of the 600 block of South Cross Street, Sycamore, was charged Friday, Aug. 1, with driving under the influence.

Drake M. Burns, 21, of the 700 block of Regent Drive, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Aug. 2, with driving under the influence, obstructing justice and aggravated battery.

Quinn C. Bell, 27, of the 400 block of Russell Road, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Aug. 2, with disorderly conduct and resisting, obstructing or disarming an officer.

Jules Ruremesha, 22, of the 600 block of Indian Hills Drive, Ottumwa, Iowa, was charged Sunday, Aug. 3, with disruptive intoxication.
