DeKalb County

Fatmir Fejozoski, 19, of the 100 block of Windmill Court, Rochelle, was charged Thursday, July 24, with unlawful possession of marijuana.

DeKalb city

Kelsie J. Haptonstall, 20, of the 700 block of Grove Street, DeKalb, was charged Friday, July 18, with fighting in city.

Jaycie A. Jackson, 18, of the 2100 block of Highland Drive, Sycamore, was charged Thursday, July 24, with underage drinking.

Ronald D. Hunter, 24, of the 700 block of North Annie Glidden Road, DeKalb, was charged Friday, July 18, with domestic battery.

Joseph J. Oxnevad, 18, of the 1100 block of Stafford Street, DeKalb, was charged Friday, July 18, with burglary from a motor vehicle and trespass to a vehicle.

Zachary E. Dixson-Smith, 18, of the 400 block of East Hillcrest Drive, DeKalb, was charged Friday, July 18, with burglary from a motor vehicle.

Dylan T. Froeming, 18, of the 500 block of Horizon Lane, DeKalb, was charged Friday, July 18, with burglary from a motor vehicle.

Chasidy C. Thigpen, 22, of the 800 block of West Hillcrest Drive, DeKalb, was charged Friday, July 18, with domestic battery.

Chrysten M. Susmark, 45, of the 300 block of North Maple Street, Sycamore, was charged Friday, July 18, with retail theft.

Northern Illinois University

Timothy L. Cooper, 20, of the first block of St. Andrews Court, Naperville, was charged Tuesday, July 22, with driving under the influence and possession of drug equipment.

Spencer R. Lorenz, 18, of the 300 block of Brian Street, Sycamore, was charged Tuesday, July 22, with obstructing justice and possession of drug equipment.
