DeKalb County

Robert P. Kesler, 25, of the 1000 block of Caswell Street, Belvidere, was charged Tuesday, July 22, with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

DeKalb city

Martin G. Bauer, 57, of the first block of Executive Drive, Aurora, was charged Wednesday, July 16, with forgery.

Shannon D. Irving, 38, of the 1100 block of South Seventh Street, DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, July 16, with having a dog at large.

Kevyen K. Riggins, 20, of the 800 block of South 19th Avenue, Maywood, was charged Wednesday, July 16, with domestic battery.

Amanda N. Craft, 32, of the 200 block of Lucas Street, Sycamore, was charged Tuesday, July 15, with retail theft.

Andrew L. Boschini, 24, of the 600 block of South Peace Road, Sycamore, was charged Wednesday, July 16, with battery.

Spencer B. Jeffries, 24, of the 1400 block of West Lincoln Highway, DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, July 16, with having a dog at large.

Sycamore

Wendy J. Martinson, 57, of Sycamore, was charged Saturday, July 19, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Brian P. Schott, 41, of Sycamore, was charged Sunday, July 20, with domestic battery and resisting or obstructing an officer.

Mario R. Hernandez, 30, of Sycamore, was charged Saturday, July 19, with domestic battery and possession of drug equipment.

Epifano B. Hernandez, 42, of DeKalb, was charged Monday, July 21, with criminal trespass to land and disorderly conduct.

LaSalle County

Terrence J. Lipsey, 23, of Sandwich, was charged Saturday, July 19, with endangering the life or health of a child.
