DeKalb County

Jordan M. Coil, 18, of the 2700 block of Mary Street in Belvidere, was charged Saturday, July 19, with driving with suspended license.

Casey J. Kirchmann, 35, of the 11600 block of Deerpath Road in Sycamore, was charged Saturday, July 19, with damage to property and disorderly conduct.

Michael J. Minock, 24, of Linden, Michigan, was charged Saturday, July 19, with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis.

Shelby L. Lawson, 21, of Grand Blanc, Michigan, was charged Saturday, July 19, with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis.

Jacob R. Hazelwood, 24, of Denton, Michigan, was charged Saturday, July 19, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Vincent M. Lietz, 23, of Ottawa, was charged Saturday, July 19, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Marco Gonzalez, 21, of Streamwood, was charged Sunday, July 20, with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis.

Northern Illinois University

Rajuan E. Hughes, 24, of the 800 block of Crane Drive in DeKalb, was charged Friday, July 18, with trespassing.

Sabino Hernandez, 36, of Fox Hollow and West Hillcrest Drive in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, July 19, with driving under the influence.

Olisab Guevara, 22, of the 900 block of Annie Glidden Road in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, July 19, with possession of controlled substance and obstructing justice.

Dong Y. An, 20, of Hillcrest Drive and Blackhawk Road in DeKalb, was charged Sunday, July 20, with sale of drug paraphernalia and illegal consumption of alcohol.

Maria L. Hernandez, 32, of the 1000 block of West Hillcrest Drive in DeKalb, was charged Friday, July 18, with driving under the influence.
