Tonya E. Duff, 27, of the 700 block of South Third Street, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, July 10, with retail theft.

Dylan J. Blackstone, 21, of the 800 block of West Hillcrest Drive, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, July 10, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kevin D. Timm, 36, of the 500 block of South First Street, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, July 10, with battery and criminal damage to property.

Jillian R. Mattor, 20, of the 800 block of Fotis Drive, DeKalb, was charged Friday, July 11, and Sunday, July 13, with keeping a disorderly house.

Shawna L. Rogers, 56, of the 800 block of Lacas Street, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, July 12, with domestic battery.

Katie J. Hintzche, 27, of the 800 block of Ellwood Avenue, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, July 13, with keeping a disorderly house.

Michael J. Stewart, 25, of the 800 block of Russell Road, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, July 13, with trespass to land.

Eduardo Vega-Macias, 32, of the 300 block of West Sunset Place, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, July 13, with keeping a disorderly house.

Willie C. Penix, 21, of Chicago, was arrested Friday, July 18, on a DeKalb city warrant alleging he failed to appear in court on allegations of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Northern Illinois University

Sydell A. Johnson, 26, of the 1600 block of North Merrimac Avenue, Chicago, was charged Wednesday, July 16, with resisting or obstructing an officer.
