Corey L. Campbell, 31, of the 400 block of Deerpath Lane West, DeKalb, was charged Friday, July 4, with retail theft and resisting, obstructing or disarming an officer.

Cory J. Filkins, 21, of the 300 block of Maplewood Avenue, DeKalb, was charged Friday, July 4, with disruptive intoxication and fighting in the city.

Samuel R. Parson, 19, of the 17800 block of Anderland Road, DeKalb, was charged Friday, July 4, with fighting in city.

Michael L. Franklin, 23, of the 1500 block of Moluf Street, DeKalb, was charged Friday, July 4, with fighting in city.

Patrick R. Wilson, 42, of the 200 block of South Halwood Street, Cortland, was charged Friday, July 4, with fighting in city.

Anthony J. Ferrari, 27, of the 16300 block of Lynch Road, DeKalb, was charged Friday, July 4, with possession of a controlled substance.

Benjamin Sanders, 54, of the 300 block of Franklin Street, DeKalb, was charged Friday, July 4, with disruptive intoxication.

William A. Schofield, 47, of the 300 block of Franklin Street, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, July 5, with criminal damage to property.

Garrett G. Gusloff, 21, of the 7500 block of Cherry Hill Drive, Roscoe, was charged Saturday, July 12, with disruptive intoxication.

Jacob D. Hughes, 21, of the 6700 block of Belvidere Road, Roscoe, was charged Saturday, July 12, with disruptive intoxication.

Nichole J. Ohlhaber, 25, of the 900 block of Buckingham Drive, Sycamore, was charged Sunday, July 13, with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.
