9 charged with underage drinking

KINGSTON – Nine people were charged with underage drinking early Saturday in Kingston after DeKalb County Sheriff’s police responded to a report of an underage drinking party, police said.

Several people fled when DeKalb County Sheriff’s police arrived at 2 a.m. Saturday to a home in the 8600 block of Rood Road in Kingston, authorities said.

Charged with underage drinking were: Riley E. Sulaver, 18, of the 2400 block of Dustin Drive, Sycamore; Quinn P. Anderson, 19, of the 12400 block of Garys Way, Genoa; Aubrey R. Schuls-Trongeau, 18, of the 31000 block of Daniels Drive, Genoa; Julia A. Mendoza, 18, of the 1000 block of North Oak Creek Drive, Genoa; Matthew T. Ramsmussen, 20, of the 8600 block of Rood Road, Kingston; Zachary W. Bussen, 20, of the 200 block of South Emmett Street, Genoa; Taylor R. Kristie, 20, of the 100 block of Stiles Street, Genoa; Dustin J. Corn, 20, of the 800 block of East Railroad Street, Kingston; and Caila G. Lee, 18, of the 2300 block of Dustin Drive, Sycamore.

One male juvenile was issued a referral to juvenile court for underage drinking, and one male juvenile was referred to juvenile court for underage drinking and teasing/tampering with a police K9.
