DeKalb city

Kevyon Riggins, 20, of the 900 block of Crane Drive, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, June 15, with possession of marijuana.

Sammy N. Nguli, 41, of the 900 block of Ridge Drive, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, June 15, with domestic battery.

Taylor R. Hilgen, 20, of the 100 block of South Sixth Street, Rochelle, was charged Sunday, June 15, with underage drinking.

Mineka M. Kizer, 24, of the 900 block of Oak Street, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, June 15, with keeping a disorderly house.

Linda L. Johnson, 24, of the 1000 block of Crane Drive, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, June 15, with domestic battery, home invasion, resisting, obstructing or disarming an officer, and trespass to residence.

Travis B. Cummings, 31, of the 500 block of Kendall Lane, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, June 15, with having a dog at large.

Carl J. Driver, 28, of the 2300 block of Eves Circle East, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, June 15, with retail theft.

Manuel O. Pizano, 40, of the 26100 block of McQueen Road, Malta, was charged Sunday, June 15, with retail theft.

Cherish P. Jackson, 21, of the 900 block of Greenbrier Road, DeKalb, was charged Monday, June 16, with aggravated assault, aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery.

Northern Illinois University

Justin B. Williams, 25, of the 800 block of Crane Drive, DeKalb, was charged Tuesday, June 17, with fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer.
