Information sought on DeKalb burglary, theft

DeKALB – Authorities are looking for information about a residential burglary and stolen concrete forms.

A 42-inch Vizio TV, a 32-inch TV, two laptop computers, an Xbox console with games and loose change were stolen when an unknown number of people broke into an apartment between 6 p.m. and midnight Friday at Suburban Apartments, 1400 Twombly Road, DeKalb.

Police do not know how the offenders entered the apartment, according to a Crime Stoppers news release.

Also, 15 sets of concrete forms were stolen off a truck Wednesday in the 30000 block of Pleasant Hill Road in rural Kingston.

Those with any information about either incident are asked to contact DeKalb County Crime Stoppers at 815-895-3272 or crimestoppers@dekalbcounty.org. Crime Stoppers pays a cash reward of up to $1,000 with anonymous tips.
