WAUKEGAN – Police in north-suburban Chicago say they've found a woman, teenage girl and dog dead in a home.

Waukegan police say officers responded to the home Sunday night, when they found a wounded man. They took the 53-year-old man for medical treatment and returned to find a dead 50-year-old woman, 17-year-old disabled girl and dog.

The victims were not immediately identified. Authorities wouldn't comment on their causes of death pending a coroner's report.

The Waukegan Police Department is investigating.
