Drendel named summer intern

David Drendel, an agronomy and agribusiness major at Iowa State University is a participant in this year’s Growmark summer intern program. He is the son of Steve and Vickie Drendel of Malta.

As an intern, Drendel will spend 12 weeks working for Conserv FS Inc. He will complete a special project coordinated through the company.

Drendel and 53 other interns will meet in August at Growmark headquarters in Bloomington to discuss their experiences and present a summary of their projects.

Growmark is a regional cooperative providing agriculture-related products and services, as well as grain marketing in 31 states and Ontario, Canada. More information is available at www.growmark.com.
