Food intolerance workshop

Are foods making you sick? Could gluten be causing your migraines? Is there a link between your child's ADHD and their consumption of food additives? Feel yucky after a piece of bread? Maybe its the yeast and not the gluten you're sensitive to.

Come and learn the difference at a workshop that will address food intolerance at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Allergies, Aches and Pains Chiropractic & Acupuncture Center, 130 Fair St., Sycamore.

The program will be led by Rob Slotten, ALCAT Worldwide representative. Attendees can find out more about ALCAT food sensitivity testing and how the foods they eat could cause inflammation in the body. The workshop will address a wide variety of conditions linked to food intolerance, such as digestive disorders, migraines, obesity and more.

To reserve a seat, call 815-895-2059 or RSVP through Facebook.
