Information sought about 3 Sycamore burglaries

SYCAMORE – Crime Stoppers is looking for information about three burglaries that happened on the city’s north side.

Authorities believe all three burglaries occurred during the overnight hours Monday into Tuesday. There were two car burglaries in the 1500 block of Sunflower Drive South, according to a Crime Stoppers news release. The third burglary was in the 1800 block of Hoffman Court, where multiple cars were broken into.

Stolen items include women’s purses, electronics and money, the release states.

Anyone with information can anonymously contact DeKalb County Crime Stoppers at 815-895-3272 or crimestoppers@dekalbcounty.org. Crime Stoppers pays rewards of up to $1,000 in cash.
