DeKalb city

Henry N. Oeser, 62, of the 100 block of Holly Street, DeKalb, was charged Monday, May 19, with domestic battery.

Deandra J. Stewart, 19, of the 1000 block of Dover Lane, Aurora, was charged Tuesday, May 20, with underage drinking.

Jonathan R. Maxwell, 28, of the 800 block of Crane Drive, DeKalb, was charged Tuesday, May 20, with aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery.

Devonte L. Cager, 19, of the 100 block of Robert Court, Bartlett, was charged Tuesday, May 20, with domestic battery.

Demarcus D. Kimmons, 28, of the 800 block of Russell Road, DeKalb, was charged Tuesday, May 20, with criminal damage to property.

Sycamore

Deborah Williams, 43, of DeKalb, was charged Sunday, May 25, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Sandwich

Silvestre Reyes, 23, of the 500 block of Spruce Street, Aurora, was arrested Monday, May 19, on a warrant alleging aggravated driving under the influence.

Northern Illinois University

Shabahyah M. Harris, 23, of the 1300 block of North Annie Glidden Road, DeKalb, was charged Friday, May 23, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Autumn R. Bailey, 45, of the 2500 block of Laurel Lane, Sycamore, was charged Saturday, May 24, with driving under the influence.

Lashone E. McKay, 26, of the 7300 block of South Eberhart Avenue, Chicago, was charged Monday, May 26, with possession of marijuana.
