DeKalb County

Jay J. Behles, 21, of the 300 block of Willow Street, Kingston, was arrested Monday, May 19, on a warrant for failure to appear in court on allegations of possession of drug equipment.

DeKalb city

Rebecca L. Garcia, 18, of the 2500 block of Alpha Court West, DeKalb, was charged Friday, May 9, with theft under $500.

James D. Cobb, 24, of the 1000 block of Grove Street, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, May 8, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Charles C. Streit, 23, of the 2200 block of South Chamberlain Road, Esmond, was charged Sunday, May 11, with disruptive intoxication and trespass to land.

Tyson D. Spencer, 25, of the 400 block of North Hart Street, Harvard, was charged Sunday, May 11, with keeping a disorderly house.

Deon P. Grant, 26, of the 800 block of West Hillcrest Drive, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, May 11, with possession of marijuana and trespass to land.

Monica L. Smith, 25, of the 800 block of Russell Road, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, May 11, with obstructing justice or identity.

Sycamore

Marcia S. Carson, 23, of Sycamore, was arrested Friday, May 16, on a warrant for failure to appear in court on allegations of obstructing or resisting an officer.

Michael E. Kraynak, 27, of Chicago, was charged Saturday, May 17, with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic needle and possession of drug equipment.

Northern Illinois University

Quinton S. Carroll, 26, of the 800 block of Kimberly Drive, DeKalb, was charged Friday, May 16, with possession of marijuana.
