Fundraising night set for Jewish school

Published: Friday, May 9, 2014 5:30 a.m. CDT

Fox Valley Jewish Neighbors will host the second annual “Guest Bartender Night” fundraiser for its Capital Improvement Fund, to create additional classroom space for FVJN’s religious school. The event is open to all.

The event will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at McNally’s Irish Pub, 109 W. Main St. in St. Charles. Volunteers will be “working” as guest bartenders for the evening while collecting tips for FVJN. The evening will include prize raffles as well as a 50/50 raffle. McNally’s will donate 20 percent of the revenue from food purchases that evening to FVJN.

Fox Valley Jewish Neighbors is a nonprofit community group composed of Jewish individuals and interfaith families located in central Kane County and nearby towns. For more information, visit www.fvjn.org.
