Brown committed to the University of Illinois back in March. He also has offers from Northern Illinois, Indiana, Kent State, Toledo and Western Michigan. Brown was a Daily-Chronicle first-team all-area selection in 2013, scoring 20 touchdowns.

Alumni from the U.S. Army All-American Bowl, which has gone on for 14 years, include Adrian Peterson, Andrew Luck, LeSean McCoy, Teddy Bridgewater, Jamaal Charles, Percy Harvin and Patrick Peterson. Over 200 NFL players have played in the game.
