Heather C. Mendez, 34, of the 700 block of Normal Road, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, April 24, with having a dog at large.

Christopher T.M. Horn, 33, of the 500 block of South Third Street, DeKalb, was charged Friday, April 25, with retail theft.

Brian E. Pounds, 24, of the 700 block of Regent Drive, DeKalb, was charged Friday, April 25, with keeping a disorderly house.

Dakota G. Irvin, 24, of the 500 block of Fifth Avenue, Aurora, was charged Friday, April 25, with retail theft.

Joshua A. Phebus, 24, of the 100 block of North Ninth Street, DeKalb, was charged Friday, April 25, with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jermaine J. Clay, 41, of the 300 block of Jasmine Court, DeKalb, was charged Friday, April 25, with keeping a disorderly house.

Ashley N. Vargas, 22, of the 1800 block of Robert Lane, Naperville, was charged Friday, April 25, with keeping a disorderly house.

Keith E. Kerr, 46, of the first block of Mill Street, Evansville, was charged Friday, April 25, with simple battery.

Sycamore

Phillip G. Meier, 63, of DeKalb, was arrested Wednesday, April 30, on a warrant for driving under the influence of an intoxicating compound.

Northern Illinois University

Lamarr P. Gills, 29, of the 900 block of North Crosby Street, Chicago, was charged Thursday, May 1, with criminal trespass to property.

Jordan T. Ender, 26, of the 200 block of Stewart Hill Drive, Waukesha, Wisconsin, was charged Thursday, May 1, with resisting a peace officer.
