5K to benefit N.I.C.E. Food and Clothing Center

The 12th annual “WALK for N.I.C.E.” (Neighbors in Christ Ecumenical) Food and Clothing Center will be held Sunday. Registration will be from 1 to 1:30 p.m. and step-off will be at 1:30 p.m. from the Indian Creek High School parking lot in Shabbona.

There will be food and drink, rest stops, courtesy cars and emergency personnel along the walk.   

N.I.C.E. has been serving families in southern DeKalb County and southwest Lee County for more than 26 years.

To participate just come on Sunday, register and donate to participate.
