DeKalb County

David J. Gessner, 60, of the 12600 block of Bell Road, Lemont, was charged Wednesday, April 23, with unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Christine M. Gessner, 64, of the 12600 block of Bell Road, Lemont, was charged Wednesday, April 23, with unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

DeKalb city

Adrian S. Martin, 26, of the 900 block of Ridge Drive, DeKalb, was charged Friday, April 18, with domestic battery.

Sycamore

Paul D. Taylor, 50, of Sycamore, was charged Tuesday, April 22, with domestic battery, unlawful restraint and interference with reporting domestic violence.

LaSalle County

Ronald Birman, 49, of the 100 block of Poplar Drive, Sandwich, was arrested Wednesday, April 23, on a Kendall County warrant for domestic battery and a Kane County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Sandwich

Nicholas Eytalis, 23, of the 300 block of Wilshire Drive, Sandwich, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on allegations of liquor consumption and for domestic battery.

Northern Illinois University

Jeffrey A. Miller, 20, of the 200 block of Kennedy Street, Henry, was charged Monday, April 21, with underage drinking and obstructing identification.

Emily N. Fraulini, 19, of the 1500 block of Eastwood Avenue, Highland Park, was charged Monday, April 21, with harassment by telephone and possession of marijuana.
