Entertainment needed for farmers market

Published: Thursday, April 24, 2014 5:30 a.m. CDT

The Sycamore Chamber of Commerce is seeking vendors for the Sycamore Farmers’ Market. The market is held Sundays, June through September from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the City Center Parking Lot located at the corner of Somonauk and Elm streets.

The Sycamore Farmers Market has become a staple in the community, attracting many to the downtown area every Sunday. This year’s market will once again provide the community with fresh, quality fare and an opportunity to buy their products locally. Fresh flowers, homemade soaps and wooden crafts also will join the market this year.

Anyone interested in performing live entertainment for a one- or two-hour set during the market should contact Katelyn Fogle at kfogle@sycamorechamber.com.
