DeKalb County

Karyssa Ercoli, 20, of the 10700 block of Capitol Lane, Huntley, was charged Tuesday, April 22, with underage drinking.

DeKalb city

Michael J. Ostrowski, 30, of the 1400 block of Renrose Avenue, Loves Park, was charged Thursday, April 17, with forgery.

Mitchell L. Borst, 20, of the 1100 block of Varsity Boulevard, DeKalb, was charged Tuesday, April 15, with keeping a disorderly house.

James R. Schueler, 25, of the 1100 block of Regent Drive, DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, April 16, with telephone harassment.

Jasmine Y. Winston, 18, of the 300 block of Manning Drive, DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, April 16, with domestic battery.


A 16-year-old was charged Thursday, April 17, with criminal damage to property.
