Claudia R. Williams, 19, of the 14600 block of Myrtle Avenue, Harvey, was charged Sunday, April 6, with retail theft.

David J. Hola, 25, of the 200 block of Belle Vue Lane, Sugar Grove, was charged Sunday, April 6, with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Demetrius Glenn, 47, of the 800 block of Russell Road, DeKalb, was charged Monday, April 7, with a parole violation.

Naomi L. Rodriguez, 29, of the 100 block of South Washington Street, Genoa, was charged Monday, April 7, with retail theft.

Arin C. Gundlach, 18, of the first block of North 9th Street, St. Charles, was charged Tuesday, April 8, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Darryl P. Mitchell, 22, of the 800 block of Kimberly Drive, DeKalb, was charged Tuesday, April 8, with domestic battery.

Marchell L. Papernick-Butler, 41, of the 300 block of River Drive, DeKalb, was charged Tuesday, April 8, with having a dog at large.

Ruchi Kapoor, 21, of the 700 block of Lucinda Avenue, DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, April 9, with retail theft.

Dennis J. Hamel, 50, of the 1300 block of North 13th Street, DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, April 9, with having a barking dog.

Herminio Rodriguez-Garcia, 29, of the 900 block of Greenbrier Road, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, April 10, with battery.

Dominque L. Bonner, 22, of the 1200 block of West Lincoln Highway, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, April 10, with possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing identity or justice.

Sandwich

Robert Farmer, 42, of Sandwich, was charged Wednesday, April 16, with failure to register as a sex offender.
