DeKalb city

Tyler A. Shipon, 19, of the 1400 block of Ashwood Drive, Elgin, was charged Friday, April 4, with marijuana possession.

Angela L. Vanderpluym, 24, of the 700 block of Butternut Lane, Elgin, was charged Friday, April 4, with disorderly conduct.

Michael A. Howell, 33, of the 300 block of South First Street, DeKalb, was charged Friday, April 4, with retail theft.

Caitlin R. Bohannon, 23, of the 100 block of West Roosevelt Street, DeKalb, was charged Friday, April 4, with retail theft.

Sade Barge, 20, of the 900 block of Normal Road, DeKalb, was charged Friday, April 11, with marijuana possession and retail theft.

Dominique N. Pulliam, 20, of the 900 block of Normal Road, DeKalb, was charged Friday, April 4, with retail theft.

David J. Banegas, 28, of 1500 block of Timberwood Court, Sycamore, was arrested Friday, April 4, on an in-state warrant.

Lauren E. Haag, 19, of the 800 block of Fotis Drive, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, April 5, with keeping a disorderly house.

Casey M. Fick, 18, of the 9N500 block of Arrowmaker Pass, Elgin, was charged Saturday, April 5, with underage drinking.

DeKalb County

Devonta T. Moore, 24, of the 300 block of North Elm Street, Waterman, was charged Thursday, April 10, with aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Maurice Winters, 46, of the 200 block of McMillan Court, Cortland, was charged Thursday, April 10, with possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing identification. He also was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Northern Illinois University

Nakala M. Griffin, 19, of the 800 block of Russell Road, DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, April 9, with battery.
