DeKalb County

Isaiah J. Allen, 18, of Palatine, was charged Saturday, April 5, with unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing justice.

Ntumba D. Balanganayi, 18, of Palatine, was charged Saturday, April 5, with obstructing justice.

Jason J. Haugabook, 33, of the 2000 block of 18th Avenue, Rockford, was arrested Saturday, April 5, on a DeKalb County warrant alleging he failed to appear in court on allegations of aggravated driving under the influence.

William C. Williams, 36, of the 2400 block of Alpha Court East, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, April 5, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Elaina J. Bray, 22, of the 29900 block of Oak Meadow Drive, Kingston, was charged Sunday, April 6, with domestic battery and was arrested on a DeKalb County warrant alleging she failed to appear in court on allegations of possession of marijuana.

Trent R. Huffstetler, 25, of the 2900 block of Ellsworth Drive, Yorkville, was charged Sunday, April 6, with driving under the influence.

Michael J. Fencl Jr., 24, of the 100 block of South Hadstall Street, Genoa, was charged Sunday, April 6, with driving under the influence.

DeKalb city

Ariel R. White, 19, of the first block of Northern View Circle, DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, April 2, with mob action.

Joy N. Newman, 24, of the 800 block of Spring Creek Circle, Naperville, was charged Monday, March 31, with retail theft.

Imani M. Bowen, 19, of the 800 block of Ridge Drive, DeKalb, was charged Monday, March 31, with obstructing justice or identity.

LaSalle County

Kenneth C. Cummins, 53, of Sandwich, was charged Saturday, April 5, with driving under the influence.
