Michael P. Collins, 29, of the 1300 block of North Annie Glidden Road, DeKalb, was charged Tuesday, April 1, with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a child.

DeKalb city

Derrick Thigpen, 22, of the 2600 block of Vision Avenue, Plainfield, was charged Wednesday, March 26, with retail theft.

Kyle E. Cannon, 25, of the 800 block of Ridge Drive, DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, March 26, with forgery.

Christopher L. Williams, 28, of the 700 block of North Annie Glidden Road, DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, March 26, with forgery.

Kristin N. Brackmann, 31, of the 300 block of West Roosevelt Street, DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, March 26, with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sean M. Jatis, 20, of the 11600 block of Deerpath Road, Sycamore, was charged Wednesday, March 26, with underage drinking.

Kenneth C. Lange, 19, of the 1800 block of Thurow Street, Sycamore, was charged Wednesday, March 26, with underage drinking.

Jazmyne K. Wide, 22, of the 900 block of Edgebrook Drive, DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, March 26, with domestic battery and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dione D. Boyd, 19, of the 5700 block of South Sangamon Street, Chicago, was charged Thursday, March 27, with retail theft.

Taryn M. Evans-Boyett, 18, of the 14600 block of Lexington Street, Harvey, was charged Thursday, March 27, with retail theft.

Rachel L. Cano, 34, of the 200 block of South Eighth Street, DeKalb, was charged Friday, March 28, with obstructing justice or identity.

Amon M. Hill, 24, of the 800 block of Kimberly Drive, DeKalb, was charged Friday, March 28, with resisting, obstructing or disarming an officer.
