DeKalb city

Michael J. Meier, 22, of the 100 block of Devonshire Drive, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, March 27, with possession of marijuana, delivery or possession of drugs with the intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Natasha A. Hetland, 30, of the 700 block of Glidden Avenue, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, March 27, with resisting, obstructing or disarming an officer.

Zanah B. Ellis, 20, of the 100 block of West 126th Place, Chicago, was charged Friday, March 28, with trespass to land.

Kamia J. Dear, 21, of the 900 block of Edgebrook Drive, DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, March 26, with possession of marijuana.

Sanoyin Okesanjo, 22, of the 300 block of Deerpath Lane East, DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, March 26, with retail theft.

Northern Illinois University

Tiffany Nguyen, 22, of the 8300 block of Seaton Avenue, Joliet, was charged Friday, March 28, with driving under the influence.

Jared M. Zacharkiewicz, 19, of the 3100 block of Wishing Well Lane, Island Lake, was charged Friday, March 28, with possession of marijuana and possession of drug equipment.

Abby R. Wylde, 23, of the 400 block of North Locust Street, Genoa, was charged Sunday, March 30, with driving under the influence.

Marcus P. Hankton, 23, of the 9100 block of South Colfax Avenue, Chicago, was charged Sunday, March 30, with aggravated domestic battery and was charged Wednesday, March 26, with obstructing justice.

Jemell R. Kent, 21, of the 165900 block of Lamrie Lane, Country Club Hills, was charged Sunday, March 30, with obstructing justice.
