DeKalb County

Steven M. Carducci, 48, of the 900 block of East State Street, Sycamore, was arrested Thursday, March 27, on a warrant for failure to appear in court on allegations of domestic battery.

Hannah M. Whelpley, 20, of the 4500 block of Orchard Lane, Rockford, was charged Friday, March 28, with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic needle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joshua D. Leppard, 24, of the 6500 block of Yucca Terrace, Phelan, Calif., was charged Friday, March 28, with driving under the influence.

DeKalb city

James L. McCarter, 22, of the 500 block of West Lincoln Highway, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, March 23, with keeping a disorderly house.

Zanah B. Ellis, 20, of the 900 block of West Hillcrest Drive, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, March 23, with keeping a disorderly house.

Deavon D. Emerson, 19, of the 900 block of West Hillcrest Drive, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, March 23, with keeping a disorderly house.

Stephan D. Humphrey, 21, of the 800 block of Gael Drive, Joliet, was charged Sunday, March 23, with disruptive intoxication.

Kaela C. Barnell, 18, of the 2200 block of Wilson Creek Circle, Aurora, was charged Sunday, March 23, with keeping a disorderly house.

Shalena L. Jackson, 21, of the 800 block of Regent Drive, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, March 23, with keeping a disorderly house.

Sycamore

Deandra M. Walker, 23, of Malta, was charged Friday, March 28, with domestic battery.

Martha G. Quetsch, 55, of Burlington, was charged Monday, March 24, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Mallory S. Halstead, 24, of DeKalb, was charged Sunday, March 23, with driving under the influence of alcohol.
