HINCKLEY – A 35-year-old Hinckley man is accused of urinating on his neighbor’s back door the same day he was released from jail for disorderly conduct, authorities said.

Dominic M. Demars, of the 300 block of East McKinley Avenue, was charged Thursday with violating his bail bond and two counts of disorderly conduct in connection with separate incidents.

Hinckley police arrested Demars for disorderly conduct, and Demars bailed out of jail when police said he committed the second charge of disorderly conduct about 4:22 a.m., court records show.

Demars is accused of urinating on his neighbor’s back door, causing the urine to flow through to the neighbor’s kitchen floor, court records show.

Demars posted $120 bail Thursday in order to be released from jail while his case his pending. He is next due in court April 29.
