DeKalb city

Laquisha S. Johnson, 26, of the 1800 block of North Luna Avenue, Chicago, was charged Friday, March 21, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Candace N. Ciminski, 22, of the 300 block of Nelson Drive, Geneva, was charged Saturday, March 22, with criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.

Stephen D. Davies, 24, of the 300 block of Cloverleaf Court, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, March 22, with criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.

Victoria M. Fuller, 20, of the 700 block of Fotis Drive, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, March 22, with underage drinking.

Stephanie L. Wagner, 20, of the 800 block of Dedham Lane, Bartlett, was charged Saturday, March 22, with liquor possession by a minor.

Samantha J. Keck, 18, of the 1300 block of North Stevenson Drive, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, March 22, with underage drinking.

Michael E. Soto-Gardea, 24, of the 800 block of West Taylor Street, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, March 22, with domestic battery and unlawful restraint.

Dylan R. Book, 19, of the 1100 block of Madison Street, Pecatonica, was charged Saturday, March 22, with liquor possession by a minor.

Dimitri T. Thigpen, 19, of the 10400 block of South Normal Avenue, Chicago, was charged Sunday, March 23, with keeping a disorderly house.

Sycamore

Erika J. Marquez, 25, of Sycamore, was arrested Thursday, March 20, on a warrant alleging contempt of court.

Shonda L. Angell, 45, of Rockford, was charged Tuesday, March 18, with driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of drug equipment.

Rebecca S. Bauer, 39, of Sycamore, was arrested Tuesday, March 18, on a warrant alleging deceptive practice.
