Sycamore girls soccer picks up its first win of season

Sycamore girls soccer captured its first win of the season with a 3-2 win over Streamwood in the South Elgin tournament on Monday.

Anna Haub started the scoring for Sycamore in the first half and senior Katherine Kohler added two goals for the Spartans (1-1). Alyssa Hemmerich added two assists.

“We’re excited to have a win on the board to kick off our season here,” Sycamore coach Dave Lichamer said.
