DeKalb County

Brandy L. Miller, 40, of the 200 block of West Street, Kingston, was arrested Sunday, March 16, on a warrant for failure to appear in court on allegations of driving under the influence.

DeKalb city

Qiu Luhao, 26, of the 1200 block of Varsity Boulevard, DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, March 12, with domestic battery.

Jacob E. Roodhouse, 23, of the 100 block of John Street, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, March 13, with domestic battery.

Willie L. Cottingham, 45, of the 200 block of South Seventh Street, DeKalb, was charged Friday, March 14, with unlawful use or possession of a weapon by a felon and having a weapon with no FOID card.

Barbara Alvarez, 22, of the 400 block of College Avenue, DeKalb, was charged Friday, March 14, with battery and criminal damage to property.

Melvina Sutton, 46, of the 1100 block of Rushmoore Drive, DeKalb, was charged Friday, March 14, with disorderly conduct.

Luis M. Calderon, 31, of the 200 block of East Lincoln Highway, DeKalb, was charged Friday, March 14, with disruptive intoxication and possession of marijuana.

J. Magandy Montero, 20, of the 1400 block of Pleasant Street, DeKalb, was charged Friday, March 14, with retail theft.

Sean W. Iwans, 24, of the 500 block of College Avenue, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, March 15, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Evelia Melgarejo, 48, of the 500 block of Harvey Street, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, March 15, with retail theft.

Nikita Reed, 25, of the 1400 block of West 69th Street, Chicago, was charged Saturday, March 15, with retail theft.
