DeKalb County

Michael W. Waters, 40, of the first block of Shagbark Lane, Newark, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Angela Rompf, 21, of the 300 block of Rhodes Avenue, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence and possession of marijuana.

DeKalb city

David M. Whiting, 36, of the 2600 block of North First Street, DeKalb, was charged Sunday with domestic battery.

Jeramie A. Green, 27, of the 600 block of South Kedvale Avenue, Chicago, was charged March 10 with criminal damage to property and trespass to land.

Trenton J. Anderson, 18, of the 800 block of Ridge Drive, DeKalb, was charged March 10 with domestic battery.

Donald C. Cherry, 40, of the 700 block of Glidden Avenue, DeKalb, was charged March 10 with domestic battery.

Robert M. Frazier, 24, of the 2200 block of Eves Circle West, DeKalb, was charged March 10 with retail theft.

Shannon D. Irving, 37, of the 1100 block of South Seventh Street, DeKalb, was charged March 10, with keeping a disorderly house and resisting, obstructing or disarming an officer.

Kristopher J. Ellis, 20, of the 900 block of South Lombard Avenue, Oak Park, was charged Tuesday with criminal damage to property, underage drinking and trespass to residence.

LaSalle County

Andrew L. Ruch, 24, of Sandwich, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs.

Matthew G. Adkins, 24, of Sandwich, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol.
