Tyler Carlson, sr., guard, Kaneland

Carlson helped Kaneland to a share of the Northern Illinois Big 12 East title and led the Knights to a regional championship. He led the Knights in scoring at 16.3 points per game and pulled down 7.3 rebounds per contest.

Tommy Lucca, so., guard, Genoa-Kingston

Lucca was G-K's primary ball-handler and scoring option. He led the Cogs with 16.3 points and 4.5 assists per game to go along with 2.2 steals per contest.

Devin Mottet, sr., forward, Sycamore

Mottet helped Sycamore to its second consecutive regional championship and a share of the NI Big 12 East title with Kaneland.

Surrounded by more playmakers this year, Mottet's numbers were down but still led Sycamore with 13.8 points per contest and also pulled down 5 rebounds per game.

Ben Niemann, sr., forward, Sycamore

Niemann provided Sycamore with a much-needed post presence, averaging 10.8 points and 9.6 rebounds per game. He scored a game-high 22 points in the Spartans' sectional final loss to Rockford Lutheran.

Garrett Post, sr., forward, Indian Creek

Post averaged a double-double for Indian Creek, scoring 13 points and grabbing 12.2 rebounds per contest. He was an Illinois Basketball Coaches Association Class 1A /2A All-State Special Mention pick after leading Indian Creek to a regional title.
