DeKalb city

Joshua J. Silva, 20, of the 300 block of Somonauk Road, Cortland, was charged Thursday, Feb. 20, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Timmie R. Worthy, 27, of the first block of West 11th Place, Chicago, was charged Saturday, Feb. 22, with trespass to land.

Gregory R. Hines, 23, of the 11900 block of South State Street, Chicago, was charged Wednesday, Feb. 19, with credit card fraud.

Amber C. Walls, 21, of the 900 block of Greenbrier Road, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Feb. 23, with obstructing justice or identity.

Brandyn M. Morton, 20, of the 200 block of South Emmett Street, Genoa, was charged Saturday, Feb. 22, with retail theft.

Candace Y. Bell, 47, of the 200 block of McMillan Court, Cortland, was charged Wednesday, Feb. 19, with retail theft.

Maurice Dentis, 23, of the 1400 block of Moluf Street, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, Feb. 20, with possession of marijuana.

Bruce R. Pecher, 44, of the 200 block of South Ninth Street, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, Feb. 20, with domestic battery.

Northern Illinois University

Elijah L. Hanson, 19, of the 100 block of Buena Vista Drive, DeKalb, was charged Friday, Feb. 28, with underage drinking.

Johnny L. Williams Jr., 20, of the 2400 block of West 60th Street, Chicago, was charged Saturday, March 1, with obstructing identification.

Marshawn A. Smith, 20, of the 7000 block of South Rhodes Street, Chicago, was charged Sunday, March 2, with domestic battery.

Lionel G. Rangel, 49, of the 900 block of West Taylor Street, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, March 1, with driving under the influence.
