DeKalb County

Christina M. Okrasinski, 63, of the 4400 block of South County Line Road, Leland, was arrested Monday, Feb. 24, on a Whiteside County warrant alleging obstruction of a court order.

DeKalb city

Kegan Q. Anspach, 19, of the 16700 block of West 146th Place, Lockport, was charged Sunday, Feb. 16, with underage drinking.

Richard J. Galvan, 20, of the 500 block of South Washington Street, Lockport, was charged Sunday, Feb. 16, with underage drinking.

Katherine R. Riley, 18, of the 500 block of North Annie Glidden Road, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Feb. 16, with underage drinking.

Jessica L. Wooldridge, 18, of the 600 block of Nodaway Drive, Center Point, Iowa, was charged Sunday, Feb. 16, with underage drinking.

Denise L. Ferguson, 22, of the 100 block of East 118th Street, Chicago, was charged Sunday, Feb. 16, with possession of marijuana.

Jimmie L. Burns, 21, of the 1300 block of West Lincoln Highway, DeKalb, was charged Monday, Feb. 17, with keeping a disorderly house.

Vincent I. Gerage, 22, of the 3900 block of North Washtenaw Avenue, Chicago, was charged Monday, Feb. 17, with keeping a disorderly house.

Aly S. Malek, 24, of the 3400 block of South Leavitt Street, Chicago, was charged Monday, Feb. 17, with credit card fraud.

Terrance C. Coleman, 22, of the 800 block of Pappas Drive, DeKalb, was charged Tuesday, Feb. 18, with aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery.
