Special education screenings offered

Published: Monday, Feb. 10, 2014 4:14 p.m. CDT

Kaneland School District Special Services will conduct a preschool screening for students who may qualify for special education services on Friday at MorningStar Church in Aurora.

If you reside within the Kaneland School District, and you suspect that your child(ren) age 3 to 5 have any delays in developmental milestones, then you are encouraged to attend. This is not a kindergarten screening. In addition, Child and Family Connections will be available (upon request) to screen children from birth to age 3 for suspected developmental delays.

For any questions regarding Kaneland’s Early Childhood Services, or to schedule an appointment for screenings, call Stacy Krisch at the Kaneland Special Services Office at 630-365-5100, ext. 158.
