3 men facing charges for 2 Aurora homicides
AURORA — Three men are facing first-degree murder charges for two separate slayings in Aurora that authorities say took place just an hour apart.
Police say Thursday that 18-year-old Dmitri Hosey-Green and his 19-year-old brother Jaquan Hosey-Green are each charged with first-degree murder for Monday night's shooting that killed a 20-year-old Arin T. Williams. Williams was shot in the head in a restaurant bathroom during what police say was a drug-related robbery.
The brothers are being held on $1.5 million bond and $1 million bond respectively.
Meanwhile, 45-year-old man Christopher Whetstone is facing first-degree murder charges for the shooting death of 22-year-old Rachel Taylor.
Investigators called that shooting an "apparent domestic disturbance." Whetstone's being held on $2 million bond.
It wasn't immediately clear if the three had lawyers.
