DeKalb County

Jennifer L. Rayna, 28, of the 100 block of South Main Street, Kingston, was arrested Tuesday, Jan. 14, on a DeKalb County warrant for failure to appear in court on allegations of theft.

Christopher Hunt, 26, of the 900 block of East State Street, Sycamore, was charged Wednesday, Jan. 15, with resisting a peace officer and domestic battery.

Anthony D. Brooks, 23, of the 500 block of West Cherry Street, Compton, was charged Wednesday, Jan. 15, with driving under the influence and driving without insurance.

DeKalb city

Victor A. Owens, 24, of the 1500 block of Grand Drive, DeKalb, was charged Friday, Jan. 10, with keeping a disorderly house.

Clinton M. Lindo, 26, of the 800 block of Fotis Drive, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, Jan. 9, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shaneria S. Campbell, 24, of the 2600 block of North First Street, DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, Jan. 8, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kawanna Weeks, 27, of the 1300 block of West Lincoln Highway, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Jan. 12, with retail theft.

Luis M. Arriola, 40, of the 900 block of Oak Street, DeKalb, was arrested Wednesday, Jan. 8, on an in-state warrant.

Daoun T. Jackson, 24, of the 700 block of North Annie Glidden Road, DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, Jan. 8, with marijuana possession and theft under $500.

Erica K. Ensign, 40, of the 300 block of Gurler Street, DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, Jan. 8 with domestic battery.

Alfredo Armas-Olivares, 36, of the 1000 block of Sycamore Road, DeKalb, was arrested Wednesday, Jan. 8, on an in-state warrant.

Peter H. Neumann, 27, of the 15500 block of Somonauk Road, DeKalb, was arrested Thursday, Jan. 9, on an in-state warrant.
