Crime Stoppers seeks detail about Kirkland theft

KIRKLAND – Crime Stoppers is seeking information about a theft that happened Dec. 27 or Dec. 28 at a business in the 6100 block of Route 72 in Kirkland.

That night, someone stole truck tires and rims from a 1997 red pickup truck, according to a news release. A similar theft was reported in Ogle County that night.

Anyone with information should contact DeKalb County Crime Stoppers at 815-895-3272 or email crimestoppers@dekalbcounty.org. Crime Stoppers will pay a cash reward of up to $1,000 and reports can be made anonymously.
