DeKalb city

Brandon M. Rogers, 25, of the 900 block of Regent Drive, DeKalb, was arrested Friday, Dec. 27, on an in-state warrant.

DeKalb County

David R. Romero-Espinoza, 22, of the 100 block of West Ellen Avenue, Cortland, was charged Tuesday, Jan. 7 with driving without insurance.

Sycamore

Kimberly Jo Bute, 45, of Sycamore, was charged Saturday, Jan. 4 with domestic battery and interference with reporting domestic violence.

Karen N. Garcia, 33, of Sycamore, was arrested Monday, Dec. 30 for no valid driver’s license.

Jason Allan Drought, 36, of Sycamore, was charged Sunday, Dec. 29 with driving under the influence.

Anthony Stewart, 54, of DeKalb, was charged Friday, Jan. 3 with criminal damage to property, driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content above 0.08 percent and disorderly conduct.

Northern Illinois University

Adam K. Budron, 20, of Garden Prairie, was charged Saturday, Jan. 4 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Richard F. Neidenbach, 23, of Palatine, was charged Saturday, Jan. 4 with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kevin T. Fanta, 22, of Lake Zurich, was arrested Saturday, Jan. 4 on a warrant for failure to appear in court on charges for criminal trespass.

Steven L. Harris, 24, of Naperville, was charged Friday, Jan. 3 with possession of marijuana.

Marcus M. Edwards, 37, of DeKalb, was arrested Thursday, Jan. 2 on a warrant for contempt of court.
