Madelyne Johnson

DeKalb, junior, forward

Johnson, who has gotten interest from Division I mid-major programs, will be a key for DeKalb down in the post this season as the Barbs look to win a fourth straight conference title and make a long postseason run.

Brittney Patrick

DeKalb, sophomore, guard

DeKalb’s second Division I prospect, Patrick assumes point guard duties for the second straight season. She’ll be more comfortable at the spot this year, and is only going to get better.

Bailey Gilbert

Sycamore, junior, guard

Gilbert was a unanimous All-Northern Illinois Big 12 East pick as a sophomore, averaging 14.2 points. She’ll be a big part of an improved Sycamore club.

Lauren Goff

Sycamore, sophomore, guard

Goff was yet another young contributor for the Spartans last season. She’ll be asked to do a lot more as a sophomore.

Jacqueline Madden

Hinckley-Big Rock, junior, guard

The Royals made it all the way to a sectional final last year, and Hinckley-Big Rock returns the nucleus to make another long run.
