Sandwich

Ashley Vargas, 28, of the 300 block of Wilshire Drive, Sandwich, was charged Thursday, Nov. 21, with driving while license suspended, operating a motor vehicle when registration was suspended for no insurance, and operating an uninsured vehicle.

Alejandro Nunez, 40, of the 3200 block of Alyssa Street, Plano, was charged Saturday, Nov. 23, with having no valid driver’s license.

Northern Illinois University

Philip D. Lackey, 37, of DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Nov. 24, with obstructing a peace officer.

Eric D. Loots, 24, of Hanover Park, was charged Sunday, Nov. 24, with possession of methamphetamine.

Alexandria G. Norton, 20, of South Holland, was arrested Monday, Nov. 25, on a warrant for unlawful use of credit card.

Darrell M. Johnson, 27, of Plainfield, was arrested Monday, Nov. 25, on warrants for retail theft, forgery and a traffic violation. He was charged with obstructing identification.

Philemon P. Bromby, 19, of Chicago, was charged Monday, Nov. 25, with possession of cannabis and possession of cannabis with intent to deliver.
