DeKalb County

Albert H. Hoffman, 43, of the 1100 block of Whitetail Lane, Sandwich, was charged Sunday, Nov. 3, with driving under the influence, improper lane use and driving without insurance. 

Angela J. Threlkeld, 55, of the 500 block of Winding Trail, Genoa, was arrested Sunday, Nov. 3, on a warrant from Jackson County, Ark., for a petition to revoke probation.

Sean J. Kenney, 29, of the 200 block of McMillan Court, Cortland, was charged Saturday, Nov. 2, with aggravated driving with a revoked license and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.  

Martice L. Weatherspoon, 20, 1100 block of Varsity Boulevard, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Nov. 2, with violating conditions of electronic home monitoring and obstructing identification.

Erica Cavazos, 23, of the 100 block of DeKalb Street, Sandwich, was charged Saturday, Nov. 2, with DUI.

Northern Illinois University

Kasey K. Allen, 20, of Matteson, was charged Thursday, Oct. 31, with theft.

Marcus A. Burchett, 20, of Chicago, was charged Saturday, Nov. 2, with criminal damage to property.

Danielle N. Sulkowski, 20, of Libertyville, was charged Sunday, Nov. 3, with DUI and underage alcohol possession.
