Tickets are still available for the Valley West Hospital Auxiliary’s third annual Harvest Moon Dinner Dance on Saturday. This fundraising event benefits the Valley West expansion project and healthcare scholarship program.

The evening begins at Alessandria’s at Edgebrook in Sandwich with appetizers and cash bar available at 5:30 p.m., followed by a dinner buffet and dancing to music provided by the Max Clark Trio.

The silent auction features a number of items and gift certificates from local businesses, including two Blackhawk jerseys and tickets to the Blackhawks vs. San Jose Sharks game on Nov. 17. The jerseys and tickets were donated by Willow Crest Nursing Pavilion in Sandwich. There also is a 50/50 raffle.

Tickets cost $50 per person, and are available online at www.kishhealth.org, or by contacting Jana Kingston at 815-786-3704. The public is invited to attend this fundraising event. Thanks to past community support, the auxiliary has given more than $450,000 in hospital equipment and healthcare scholarships over the past 10 years.
