DeKalb County

Ricardo Pantoja, 20, of the 1500 block of Moluf Street, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Oct. 12, with driving under the influence and underage drinking. 

Mark L. Payne, 34, of the 400 block of North Blackhawk Boulevard, Rockton, was charged Sunday, Oct. 12, with DUI and improper lane usage. 

Norman J. Mathisen, 43, of the 800 block of North Fourth, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Oct. 13, with driving while license revoked, DUI and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. 


Jessica L. Lynch, 21, of the 500 block of East Pleasant Avenue, Sandwich, was charged Sunday, Oct. 13, with DUI, disobeying a stop sign and driving in the wrong lane.
