DeKalb firefighters to host pancake breakfast

DeKALB – The DeKalb Firefighters Historical Foundation and the DeKalb Fire Department will host a pancake breakfast and open house from 8 a.m. to noon Sunday.

The second annual fundraiser will support the foundation's mission to protect and preserve the history and traditions of the DeKalb Fire Department. Participants can tour Fire Station No. 1, 700 Pine St. in DeKalb.

The cost is $5 for adults, $3 for children ages 4 to 10 and free for children younger than 4.
