SYCAMORE – Home Bound Health Care is offering flu vaccines through house calls for local residents who qualify.

Anyone who is older than 65 or who has a disability that makes it difficult to leave home is eligible to receive a home visit, according to a news release. The service is free for those with Medicare coverage and $25 for those without Medicare.

Those who don't qualify for a home visit can receive a flu shot at the Home Bound Health Care office at 1625 Bethany Road. Home Bound Health Care also is available to schedule flu shot clinics at community buildings, at senior housing facilities and at other community buildings.
