DeKalb city

David J. Bemis, 54, of the 17000 block of Anderland Road, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Sept. 21, with criminal damage to a vehicle. 

Albertano Aquino-Villaneuva, 50, of the 800 block of North 14th Street, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Sept. 22, with domestic battery.

Chloe B. Johnson, 22, of the 800 block of Crane Drive, DeKalb, was arrested Sunday, Sept. 22, on an in-state warrant and charged with trespass to land. 

Kiahini S. Simmons, 21, of the first block of South Waller Avenue, Chicago, was arrested Sunday, Sept. 22, on an in-state warrant and charged with obstructing justice and trespass to land. 

Cynthia A. Welch, 44, of the 200 block of Gurler Street, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Sept. 22, with retail theft.

Dylan J. Blackstone, 20, of the 1100 block of Rushmoore Drive, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Sept. 22, with domestic battery, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing justice.

Brennan C. Dewild, 24, of the 300 block of West Street, Kingston, was charged Monday, Sept. 23, with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft. 

DeKalb County

Jacquelyn M. Martin-Ferguson, 22, of the 11650 Baseline Road, Kingston, was charged Tuesday, Sept. 24, was arrested on a Van Buren County, Mich., warrant for criminal sexual conduct. 

Anton C. Howell, 21, of the 1400 block of Twombly Road, DeKalb, was charged Monday, Sept. 23, with domestic battery.

Leo R. McGarry, 52, of the 300 block of West Eight Street, Belvidere, was charged Monday, Sept. 23, with aggravated driving under the influence, improper lane use, no insurance and no driver’s license. 

Sycamore

Brittney N. Forston, 29, of Sycamore, was arrested Wednesday, Sept. 18, on a failure-to-appear warrant.
